ROSIE HOERR, DPTPHYSICAL THERAPIST
Rosie graduated from St. Ambrose University with her doctorate of physical therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings in her career in physical therapy including inpatient rehab, hospital settings, SNF facilities and several different outpatient settings. She specializes in treating vertigo and dizzy patients. She is a certified LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s clinician and enjoys working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Rosie is experienced in spine rehab, musculoskeletal rehab, orthopedic injuries, post concussion rehab, and neurological rehab which includes stroke and MS rehab. She has training in fascial counterstain techniques to improve inflammation and pain. She is passionate about helping everyone achieve their maximum potential in work, play, and daily life. She enjoys doing outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends in her non-working hours. |
MARY GERIG, PTPHYSICAL THERAPIST
Mary graduated from Bradley University with her degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, she has worked in a variety of outpatient clinic settings and managed several clinics. Through these different settings, Mary has developed her skills in treating women's health conditions, spine rehab, orthopedic injuries including post surgical rehab, gait and balance difficulties, and neurological issues. As a physical therapist, Mary most enjoys getting the chance to listen to her patients, understand their goals, and then guide her patients to achieve them. |
MATTHEW KRESNICKA, DPTPHYSICAL THERAPIST
Matt graduated from Bradley University with his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Since then he has worked in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics in Bloomington and Peoria. His areas of interest include post-surgical and orthopedic/sports injury rehabilitation, as well as general strength and conditioning and getting people out of pain and back into the activities that they love. He currently lives in Germantown Hills with his wife and two kids, and when he is not treating patients he is out on a trail run, serving at church, or managing his functional fitness gym in Washington. |
TAYLOR EIGSTI, PTAPHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Taylor graduated from Heartland Community College with an associates degree from the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She works alongside a team of therapists to provide appropriate treatments and reach your goals. Taylor is able to work with all types of musculoskeletal injuries, post surgical rehabilitation, and balance and coordination difficulties. Taylor strives to create a comfortable and therapeutic environment to achieve the best results for you. Taylor has worked for Koch PT since June of 2022 and enjoys seeing her patients get better! She married her husband, Bradley in September of 2018 and they have 2 dogs and 2 horses. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her pets, reading, and being outside. Her newest hobby is horseback riding. Taylor was raised in Mackinaw and now lives in Groveland. |
RACHEL KOCH, PTAPHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Rachel graduated from Illinois Central College as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. With experience in all areas of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, specifically in orthopedic rehab, Rachel enjoys working with patients after injuries, surgeries, or with any other limitation that keeps them from doing the things they love. Rachel has a passion for helping others and loves to get to know her patients and work towards their specific therapy goals. Rachel has lived in Morton her whole life and is happy to work in her hometown! She and her husband have one little boy and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
